Are all second hand items reconditionned before expedition ?

  • All items (without electronic parts) are cleaned and desinfected prior to shipment.  All articles are also tested prior to shipment.

Can you deliver complete machines ?

  • Complete second-hand machines sold on cannot be delivered.  It is the buyer’s responsability to come and collect his purchase.

How to make sure a part is compatible ?

  • To ensure the compatibility of a part with your machine,  you may refer to our guide « how to identify your appliances » .  If you still have doubts,  you may also send us a photo of the identification plate of your machine via the contact form.

When will my item be sent ?

  • The items are sent on the working day following the reception of the payment. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the item has been sent.

I don’t need the product any longer ; what can I do ?

  • If you no longer need the article, you have 14 days following the reception to send it back to us at your own expense. You will get your money back for your purchase value once it has been received and inspected.
  • If the article reaches damaged or broken, send it back to us and you will be reimbursed the value of the article and the delivery costs.
